System backups are managed by administrators and cannot be modified directly. Here’s what you need to know:
- Zipping/Deleting: Users cannot zip or delete system backups, which are retained for up to a month, with older backups automatically replaced.
- Website Files: Copy files from backups to the /www folder via File Manager (https://us.cloudlogin.co/filemanager/#/www) or download via FTP.
- Backup Limit: The limit (e.g., 105.52 GB of 10 GB) reflects combined website and mail storage. Reduce storage by deleting unneeded files or emails.
- Upgrade Option: Purchase a Backup service upgrade at https://us.cloudlogin.co/orders/services/?filter=backup.
