How can I check if SMTP is working on my server?

If email issues persist, please perform the following SMTP connectivity test from your device:

1. Open Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac/Linux)
2. Type the following command and hit Enter:

telnet mail.supremecluster.com 25
