How do I update the Whois email address?

To update the Whois email:

Go to My Domains > Registered Domains in your control panel.
Right-click your domain and select "Edit Whois Details".

WHOIS changes require confirmation from both the old and new email addresses.

If you no longer have access to the old email, please provide a scan of a government-issued ID or passport matching the Whois domain owner to verify your request.

Make sure to check the option "Opt out of the 60-day transfer lock" if you plan to transfer the domain soon.
