What should I do when using third-party DNS providers?

If you are using third-party DNS and your domain is misconfigured, make sure to:

1. Go to Hosted Domains menu.
2. Click the Edit (cogwheel) icon under the Actions column.
3. Select the "Do not Manage DNS" option.

Then go to your DNS provider and add the following MX records for email service:

• mx1.supremebox.com
• mx2.supremebox.com
