Why am I receiving an error when setting up email forwarding?

The error occurs because email forwarding requires one available alias slot, and your account has exceeded its alias quota. To resolve this, you can either free up an alias slot by removing an existing one or purchase an "Email Addresses" upgrade via the Add Services menu in your control panel, located under the Upgrades section.
