Let’s Encrypt SSL installation may fail due to DNS misconfiguration. Resolve with these steps:
- Check Hosted Status: Ensure the domain is set as Hosted in My Domains > Hosted Domains (https://bg2.cloudlogin.co/domains/hosted/).
- Update DNS: If using third-party DNS (e.g., NAME.COM), select "Do not Manage DNS" and set A records for the domain and www subdomain to the SSL IP (e.g., 185.196.101.150).
- Wait for Propagation: Allow at least an hour before requesting the SSL certificate.
