<p>Emails may be delayed or filtered due to the sender’s SMTP server IP being listed in security databases. Resolve with these steps:</p><ul><li><strong>Disable Greylists:</strong> In Email > Mailboxes (<a href="https://cp.freehostia.com/mail/">https://cp.freehostia.com/mail/</a>), click the Greylists icon to disable it and resend the message.</li><li><strong>Check Listings:</strong> Verify the sender’s IP at <a href="http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml">http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml</a> or similar services.</li><li><strong>Contact Sender:</strong> Ask the sender’s SMTP provider to clear the listing.</li></ul>
