Why are emails from certain providers delayed or filtered?

Emails may be delayed or filtered due to the sender’s SMTP server IP being listed in security databases. Resolve with these steps:
- Disable Greylists: In Email > Mailboxes (https://cp.freehostia.com/mail/), click the Greylists icon to disable it and resend the message.
- Check Listings: Verify the sender’s IP at http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml or similar services.
- Contact Sender: Ask the sender’s SMTP provider to clear the listing.
